THE SALAD PROJECT, BANK
Known for their deliciously nutritious salads and bowls, The Salad Project opened their second site in Bank, London. Celebrating simplicity and quality, we designed a light, clean-lined interior which allowed the healthy offers and fresh ingredients to be the focus. Situated in a Grade II listed building, we worked with the original features and revealed the 4-metre tall arched windows that surround the store. Bespoke glazed ceramic tiles and handmade timber joinery were carefully paired to suit the crafted and organic approach of the brand.
